Phillip McMillan

Founder & CEO

Phillip is the CEO & Founder of CompleteSpectrum. As CEO, he is responsible for strategy development, key client management, and finance. Prior to serving as leader of the CompleteSpectrum team, Phillip worked as an independent consultant, driving operations, sales, and international business development strategies.

With over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing strategy development, Phillip has spent the last 10 years focused on private equity portfolio companies and helping them through acquisition integration, growth marketing, and exit communications to maximize value and provide scalable execution through the hold. He is frequently called upon by CEOs and operating partners to evaluate and recommend branding plans for complex buy-and-build strategies. His experience spans B2B and B2C audiences in multiple verticals, including industrial, retail, technology, and healthcare.

Michelle Cookson

Vice President, Marketing & Operations

Michelle’s primary focus is supporting CompleteSpectrum clients’ strategic planning and programs, while also marshaling the resources needed to fulfill campaigns. In her role, she oversees project workflow, management and deliverables execution, as well as supporting account management. She excels at quickly synthesizing clients’ business initiatives and needs, developing results-driven marketing plans, and implementing strategies and systems that improve profitability.

Blending a background in technology, marketing and business development with a focus on optimizing operations and performance, Michelle has over 25 years of executive, marketing strategy and project management experience. This experience reflects both medium-sized to Fortune 100 firms, spanning multiple channels and both B2C and B2B audiences. Michelle brings a passion for efficiency and productivity to supporting client objectives and strategic plans.

She is a University of Florida alumnus, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism (Go Gators!).

Matt Stein

Executive Vice President

Matt serves as Executive Vice President at CompleteSpectrum. With over 17 years of marketing experience in executive leadership roles, he drives industry-leading loyalty marketing solutions that span the online, mobile, social, print, and broadcast media channels as well as the full customer journey from digital channels to physical locations.

Prior to joining CompleteSpectrum, Matt held leadership positions at WPP agencies and Catalina Marketing where he led a team of 40 creatives and marketers with expertise in strategy, design, development, user experience, print production, project management, and quality assurance. He is an alumnus of The University of Cincinnati (Go Bearcats!).

Heidi Burgess

Account Manager

Serving CompleteSpectrum’s Boston office, Heidi has over eight years of marketing experience, three of which were in Account Management. With a background that includes advertising, branding, project, and event management, she loves the daily challenges and variety that this role provides. She has a degree in Marketing from UMass Amherst and her MBA from UMass Boston (Go UMass!)

As a Boston native (in case you couldn’t tell), she loves all things summer: the beach, boating, and her SUP. When the weather isn’t nice, you can usually find her at either pilates or yoga. Heidi loves to travel and hopes to have the opportunity to visit every continent someday soon - except Antarctica - Boston is cold enough!

Joe Gallo

Senior Copywriter

With over 18 years of advertising and marketing experience, Joe has held Senior Copywriter and Associate Creative Director positions at agencies such as Leo Burnett, Doner, Fry Hammond Barr, and FKQ serving global, national and regional accounts like Nintendo, Kellogg’s Minute Maid, McDonald’s, Hertz, Bright House Networks, Tampa General Hospital and many more.

Joe received his BA in Creative Writing from Knox College and is a graduate of Miami Ad School’s copywriting program. His current duties at CompleteSpectrum include concepts and copywriting for all of their clients’ digital and traditional media needs. Born and raised in Chicago, Joe also has extensive, useless knowledge about hot dogs, deep dish pizza, and the 1985 Chicago Bears.

Xavier Martinez

Web Developer

Xavier is a Web Developer and SEO specialist with over 10 years of experience. After studying at the University of Puerto Rico, Xavier started his professional career as a Freelance Web Developer in San Juan. In the early 2000s, he moved to New York and started his own business. During his time in New York, he helped numerous businesses establish a web presence by building and maintaining websites. Using his expertise in search engine optimization, Xavier was able to ensure his clients always were among the top-listed results. When Xavier is not working, you can find him watching Formula 1 and NASCAR racing or playing Hot Wheels with his three boys.

Michelle Hogue

Director of Brand Marketing

As Director of Brand Marketing, Michelle has spent over 20 years working on Global and Regional Brand Management for a broad portfolio of consumer goods companies including Honeywell, Hasbro and Unilever.

Her background includes experience in brand strategy and implementation, global brand launches and management, data analytics and interpretation, and generating integrated marketing plans designed to drive growth.

Michelle attended Boston College where she obtained her degree in Marketing and English, and thereafter received her MBA.

In her free time Michelle loves to hike, watch true crime TV, cook, and continue her search for the perfect burrito.

Stephanie Kovach


Stephanie brings over 30 years of experience to her job as Controller at CompleteSpectrum. Prior to joining the company, Stephanie owned and operated an envelope manufacturing and printing company.

Stephanie believes, "The best preparation for tomorrow is doing your best today."

Joe Spagnuolo

Production Manager

Joe is a digital native and a traditional graphic artist. He brings over twenty years of print design, web development, and digital marketing experience to CompleteSpectrum.

As a graduate of The Ohio State University, Joe started his professional career in the television and print industries. After moving to Florida in the early 1990s, he started his first of three business. During this time, he helped hundreds of businesses establish and maintain a superior web presence.

Brandon Tydlaska-Dziedzic

Art Director

It was at an early age that Brandon was introduced to the wonderful world of design. Regardless of being a nuisance to his mother, it was their frequent weekend trips to local antique shops that intrigued Brandon. Every paper, piece of fabric, and piece of furniture had to be touched. He couldn't get enough of the different textures and designs that spread across the store floors. It was this curiosity of tactile objects that shaped Brandon's decision to pursue a formal art education at Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota, FL. It was there that Brandon learned the complete spectrum of design, layout, typography, structure, and balance.

After completing his education, Brandon pursued creative opportunities in New York City, Denver, and Florida, eventually landing roles at large, reputable agencies, like The Integer Group and small boutique agencies, like BKN Creative. Each opportunity has lead Brandon to create a capacious portfolio featuring brands like Lego, Red Robin, and Starbucks, as well as hyperlocal restaurants and family-owned businesses. With over 10 years in the industry, Brandon has worked on a wide variety of print, web, interactive, application, and branding projects which have led to his current role as Art Director at CompleteSpectrum.

In his free time, Brandon loves searching for new design ideas, traveling, volunteering, growing his beard care and candle line - Two Beards and a Boston, and spending time with his husband, Kevin, and fur babies, Kay and Mardy.

Kelly Burgess

Digital Marketing Lead

Kelly is based in Tampa and has experience developing full digital marketing strategies for companies in a multitude of industries. She focused on implementation of marketing strategies targeted at generating new leads and remarketing/retention campaigns.

In her role for CompleteSpectrum, she leads a team of SEO content writers for several monthly content campaigns and reviews each to ensure that it stays consistent with content strategy, purpose, and branding.

She also deploys strategic external link building strategies to boost search engine ranking, and manages all aspects of SEM, including pay-per-click, organic, and social media.
