Founder and CEO

Responsible for key account management and business development, Phillip brings years of experience in various business industries and cultures to the management team. He focuses on clients’ needs for strategic planning and works hard to provide whatever resources are needed to implement those plans. Phillip recognizes that clients know more about their respective industry than he does, and it is CompleteSpectrum’s job as a true partner to combine that industry experience and knowledge with his marketing capabilities to develop and execute a successful marketing plan. His conversational style puts clients at ease, whether he is discussing crucial business initiatives with a CEO or conducting a roundtable with a large sales team. As a father of three young boys, he understands the importance of balance between personal and business life. In addition to spending quality time with his family, Phillip puts great importance on regular volunteer work in his community.

What are three things we should know about you?

  1. Born and raised in Texas, the best country in the world.
  2. In 2007, my wife and I finished building our own home. We did most of the work ourselves, including electrical and plumbing, and what we couldn’t, we hired out. Note to self: Never again.
  3. I love sailing. The crisp sound of a hull cutting through water is intoxicating.
